Absolutely useless, dinosaur by his own admission. Not up to scratch on late model vehicles. Taken 2 vehicles there over 18 months spending in excess of $8500. Failed to diagnose ongoing problem for more than 6 months which lead to another $4000 fix when taken to a real mechanic after another failed diagnose. Should be extinct like all dinosaurs.
