While traveling to Montana from Salt Lake, our brakes lost pressure and we were stranded. We found a place to stop and called several places who didn't answer. T and D answered right away and came out to meet us to diagnose the issue. They had to replace our brake caliper and pressurize the system. They were also willing to call out dealership and work out reimbursement issues since it was a new car. They were done same day and we were able to make it to our destination in time. I highly recommend them!
I've been blown away by Travis's service. He rescued us stranded on the highway, Thanksgiving day, when no one else was open. He could've taken advantage of us in this situation and charged a fortune, but was super fair and thorough. He communicated often with us throughout the holiday weekend, with updates and costs. Just wish he lived closer to us so we could use him for all our car needs!
I know why they have 5 star reviews! Traveling from out of state on a Sunday. Most places were closed. They got us back on the road! Prices were reasonable, especially considering it was a Sunday and we were a bit out of their regular area. Thanks again!
