I can’t express enough how amazing both Jessie and Miranda are. They make you feel like family , are supportive and also push you but never over do it. I never in a million years thought I would enjoy CrossFit or go and I hate not going now when I can’t. They make you feel like a million bucks inside and out!! Would recommend over and over again.

I happened to check this gym out being a complete crossfit newbie (though I used to be a frequent gym-goer and relatively fit). This was late fall of 2023. Jesse provided what felt like a tailor-fit 1st session, and honestly every class thereafter was scaled to my ability. After years of doing business with their lead trainer and having faced many health challenges sadly our relationship came to an end. After services were stopped and credit card removed from system they continued to charge me for over a month and a half of services (online zoom workout).
