about 2 weeks ago I went to the office, showed my insurance card and requested for 2 appointments, for myself and my wife. The secretary checked my insurance card and the computer, then confirmed, and gave me two appointments. After that called and sent me some text messages to confirm we will go. Today after all the said calls and messages the secretary called again and said we do not accept your insurance!!!!! The office needs a more professional and expert personel.
Dr. Mohandes is the best dentist any one can wish for. I was always having problem finding a dentist who is both great at her/his work and great in character. She is very nice, caring and patient. She always spend as much time as possible explain about the problem and to make sure you feel comfortable both during the treatment and after that! Since I started seeing her I really have peace of mind about my dental problems! Also all the staff in the office are great.
Today I had the pleasure of getting my teeth cleaned and worked on by a very diligent, detailed oriented, and customer service oriented dentist in the Katy and Fulshear area, Dr. Mohandes. She has top of the line technology in her office that really shed light on the specific areas I needed work on. Thank you so much for taking care of my dental needs today. I will be returning along with my wife!
