Dr Grace is excellent but is overworked. She is attentive at appointments and helpful to the patient but it's too difficult to get a timely appointment and her staff is not very helpful with the exception of Teddi. If you go to the ER they say to see your GP within a few days but this is impossible. The CNA's and nurse practitioners are less than efficient. The office is comfortable and clean.
I have had Dr Njoku for my primary care Dr since he worked at Oneonta Family Practice. I followed him to his private practice, and I am not disappointed. He spends all the time a patient needs. He is very attentive and complete with the needs I bring to the office. I never feel rushed while he is in the exam room. Dr with the roaming eyes : He sure loves impressing and hitting on those young interns! He listens more to the interns than his patients
I love Dr Keo! She took great care of me! I wish she was still here in Unadilla N Y.
Never has I been unable to get an appointment. Wait time don’t concern me because once he enter the examination room he’s all ears. Staff is great. We discuss diagnoses and his professional experience allow me to make more informed decisions. 12 years.
She is attentive. I always have more than one reason for her advice (a list) and she is patient and tries to address all. VERY busy and after visit have to talk to one of her PA..they try but my end results are not good. I feel like a ping-pong ball schuffled around (needed) end results Dr.s are not sharing and nothing is getting accomplished.
I have suffered from bouts of vertigo throughout my life due to TBI, traumatic brain injury. I’ve always had to write it out because no other doctor offered me a treatment for it. Vertigo can last a very long time. Another doctor referred me to her and she did something called the Epley maneuver. My vertigo is pretty much gone but I will be having a follow up visit with her to address some other issues. I remarked my wife the doctor was a really good person.
Dr Grace was wondereful but her office staff & some of the nurses need help
I have seen Dr. N three times and every time he has spent time with me and discussed in detail my health concerns. He gives attention to every detail and doesn't push drugs. He needs sufficient evidence before prescribing. He made me feel like I was not just a number. I recommend him to anyone wanting to get to the root of their issues.
