I came here to read my past review and realized I never left one, which is a complete oversight on my part! I had the BEST experience with Dr. Uddin. I have severe anxiety over procedures where I have to take off my glasses because I hate not being able to see, and my vision is awful. Dr. Uddin didn't make me feel silly but was so warm and compassionate and worked around all of my anxieties. Dr Uddin and staff were amazing! I had a horrible experience with my first colonoscopy 13 years ago (no fault of the previous doctor) so had been putting this off forever. Dr Uddin was so compassionate, kind, made me laugh, which certainly calmed my nerves. The office was great with communications and follow-up, making sure I understood everything, and calling afterwards to make sure I was doing well. I really can't recommend them more highly!!! Great experience!
Dr. Uddin was very nice and informative when answering all of my questions. The staff members were friendly and helpful as well.
They are so kind and considerate at the office. The best staff support team I have met. Dr. Uddin is polite and professional, asking questions and providing clear answers and expectations. They took a procedure that could have been stressful, and provided all the answers needed to feel comfortable and confident moving foreword. Great experience overall. Definitely 5-Star experience!
