Locally owned pharmacies are rare and I hope this one stays
I really want to love this small, local pharmacy but for the 2nd time I was not notified that an RX (a simple antibiotic) would need to be ordered and would take a day+ longer - very frustrating when you need your RX sooner rather than later. On top of not having the RX and not calling me, they transferred it to another pharmacy without calling me first and asking if that was ok with me. I guess it's back to the big box Kroger Pharmacy from now on. Avoid this pharmacy - do not recommend!
It’s really cool to walk in and have my pharmacist know my name. So much better than big chain pharmacies with 100% better service.
Always friendly and very attentive! I can’t recommend them enough! Proud to support a great local business in our community!
