Excellent experience at Fat Burger tonight. Was there for my granddaughters birthday. Vijay offered excellence in customer service. He was so kind and just made our day. Burgers and milkshakes were the best!!

The burgers my wife and I got were amazing! The staff was so appreciative for us to be here. This was customer service at its best. First time being here at this location, and will be back again, definitely!
Girl at the till was very confused. Had to try several times to get my order placed. Ordered takeout , I guess my bad for not checking before I left. We received things we hadn't ordered and some of the things we did order. The crispy chicken burger was soggy and lettuce with pieces of brown rotten lettuce on it. Been going to this location since it opened and am very disappointed am not sure if I will ever return
