I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Fatburger location. My order was made incorrectly, which isn’t a huge issue on its own. Mistakes happen. The problem was how I was treated after I pointed it out. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, staff were rude, dismissive, and patronizing throughout the interaction.
