I had an excellent experience at the Fatburger location in Maple Ridge. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which made the visit really enjoyable. I was really confused on what to order as it was my first time trying it, but the staff was soo helpfule and empathetic that they helped me through the whole process. My experience at Fatburger Maple Ridge was one of the most degrading, hostile, and discriminatory encounters I have ever had in a public establishment. I am a disabled woman with a legitimate service dog, clearly identifiable and lawfully permitted under British Columbia human rights law. My table was dirty, customer service is average, the burger was ok and the fries where meh . I had better burger and fries at other locations with better service . If your that slow , you have time to clean tables.
