Great service, care of the bike, competitive pricing.
Fatbike employees have all been helpful and easy to work with. They put the customer first and let me drill the holes I needed. I was on my way. Rather than leave it here come back and pay me 30 bucks. I am a regular customer and I have been treated like one. I like that.
I tried calling here first, and no one picked up. Their recording encourages you to book online, so after a quick text to confirm the bike I wanted, I booked online (which forces you to prepay). When we showed up, 2 of the 4 bikes I reserved were not available. The guy was very apologetic and was able to get us equivalent replacements, but just be aware if you have your heart set on one certain bike. Such a fun and memorable experience! We rented e-bikes for a ride along the beach, and it was absolutely perfect. The bikes were in great condition—super smooth, fast, and easy to use. The rental process was quick and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we felt confident before taking off.
