I bought my son a ZOOZ Ultraflex from Fatbike. The team has been amazing since the first day I met them. Most recently, John & Junior help me & my son with some maintenance. Excellent experience here. The service was smooth and family friendly. They showed us how to use the bikes which was helpful. The model i rode got a lot of attention as many other e bikers and pedestrians gave it compliments which made me feel cool. Easy return process. This place also had a mechanic on hand. Highly recommend giving them a stop. Veteran friendly is a big plus.
Took a "Chance" on this place yesterday. Our son asked if we would like to go E-Bike riding. We said yes and it was a blast. Now we are thinking about buying them. If you are looking for a friendly reasonably priced place to rent an E-Bike give these guys a visit. Chance will take care of you. We rode all the way to Seal Beach for lunch and back!
