Great bike shop! Junior helped me out with pre-ordering and buying a new e-bike. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, kept me updated on order status, and got me out the door quickly, with exactly what I wanted.
Got my bike serviced and it feels like new again. Thanks to the team for coming in clutch on getting it back up me so quickly.
I love coming to this place it was raining so bad after school today and I called other places to see if they could fix it but they said they couldn’t because they were closing and Fatbike was able to fix it even when it was raining and TJ and John are hella chill and very helpful. Honestly best place to get your bike fixed and to buy a bike from.
I had the privilege of meeting TJ and working with him last week to select the right e-bike for my son. I was immediately impressed with TJ’s approach, he was knowledgeable about all of the bikes in the shop and answered all my questions. Pretty disappointed with the service here. I brought in a bike that needed to be fixed — I purchased it a few months ago and just needed the back tire replaced and the brakes fixed. He told me he wouldn’t switch out the tire unless I agreed to have other things done. He wanted me to fix both brakes and a bunch of other stuff I didn’t ask for. I only wanted the back tire replaced. The pricing was outrageous, and the same bike is on Alibaba for $400. I definitely won’t be back.
