If you've ever gotten the bbq nachos at Big Muddy in Hannibal, don't bother here. It's half the size and 95% tortilla chip for near the same cost. I ate about a quarter of the chips, cheese, and jalapeños before discovering there was hardly, if any, pulled pork, and when I went up front to lodge my complaint all I was told that they measure it, they all weigh the same, and no I could not get a refund. So I will not be eating here for a bit until I want ribs, cause theirs are the best I had.
Delicious bbq spot. I had a combo which has ribs, burnt ends, collard greens, and Mac and cheese and cornbread. The greens were very flavorful and the Mac and cheese was cheesy. So good. Cornbread was soft and fluffy and buttery. Ribs were fork tender (I didn’t even get my hands dirty!) and the burnt ends were tender and juicy. Loved the flavor of the meats. Would of gave them 5 stars but the Mac n cheese is whack lol I love their food other than that tho please get better Mac n cheese
