I tried Fatback's Barbecue for the first time today (Wednesday at 1pm) It has a small eat in dining area with 6 tables that seat four people, highchairs are available. I love the decor (see attached pictures) The service was fast and friendly, and the food delicious The chopped brisket was moist and seasoned lightly, the potatoes were a one of a kind experience that I am happy to repeat. I love country green beans and these are my favorite. I'm so glad I found this place.

I have a friend who is doing a keto diet. We decided to check this place out for lunch. I had the brisket, pork, and the mac and cheese. The mac was really good but the BBQ was really excellent. Great bark, good smoke ring, the pork was moist and tender, the brisket was the perfect mix of meaty and fatty. I've had BBQ from a few places in Dayton. This one is my favorite so far.
