On July 4 I came by for some daiquiris and seen the staff suffering from damn near heat strokes as the place didn’t have heat. Walking in there waiting it felt like a sauna. The workers were drenched in their sweat. It was horrible working conditions for them. Although it was tortuous for them to work they maintained professional, delivering excellent customer service, and got us in and out quickly. They deserve some kind of reward for not just shutting them doors and walking out. They put the business first.
It's 9:40pm on 4th of July. Posted hours are 10pm. Staff more concerned about leaving early than adhering to their posted operating times. 10pm is not the time you leave, it's the time you lock your doors for further patrons. At least anywhere but this establishment. And the guy man handling the door doesn't care to hear it. Shuts you down and pulls the door shut. I'm sure the owners appreciates it. Probably why their rating is so trash in such an optimal location. Exported money to competitors. Good business model.
