Very shady!!!!Paid $22.00 for a souvenir cup with the frozen original, and Luis told my husband that all refills are only $10.00. After a couple of hours, we came back for a refill, and Luis charged us $15.00 with tax for the refill. He told us before we requested the refill that it was only $10.00, but when he rang it up, it was $15.00 with tax. I asked him why it was that much when he just told us $10.00 prior to the refill.
