My rear tire was bent by a passing car in Twisp. Hoping to get back on the bike the FTF gang delivered.
They were at Gateway Green in outer NE Portland and helped with the launch of an awesome mountain bike park. They've done great repair work on my bike.
Outstanding place with very knowledgeable people, great service and excellent selection of bikes and accessories.
Go to a mountain bike shop if you want the best information and options on a mountain bike. This is that place. Tons of knowledge in one building, but totally approachable at any experience level. They'll set you up with ENVY wheels for your DH bike or talk to you about getting onto the fire roads in Forest Park for the first time with the same enthusiasm. A bunch of good people who love mountain bikes and are excited about getting other riders out there.
The employees are professional but very grounded. They treat customers with respect. If you own any bike ( mountain or road ) it is the best place to get your bike fixed. Think about it road bikes have a lot less stuff to break vs mountain bikes and they fix them awesomely. They are all knowledgeable about bike stuff . They don't sell you things, they help you get the experience on a bike that we all are seeking
