The gringo pie was absolutely amazing and taco soup was just as delicious with the sweet cornbread side. Prices were very reasonable as well
Today’s disappointment (if you can have a disappointment in the life I have) was Fat Mama’s had a bottle tree with Rouge Brewery bottles on it. I was geared up to have my favorite Rouge Beer which is called Dead Guy ( named for the Grateful Dead’s lead guitarist Jerry Garcia). I was pumped, but alas, no Rogue beer and no Dead guy. But I love me some Fat Mama’s anyway.

Very good. A little pricey on the drinks, but still good for a fun day out with the new 21 year old. Nachos with pulled pork were also excellent!

I visited several years ago and didn’t really like the food. It seemed flavorless but decided to give it another chance on my latest visit to Natchez. I had the taco soup with the jalepeno cornbread. My husband had the chili with jalepeno cornbread and we shared some tamales. Everything was delicious especially the cornbread.
