I came to Fat Jimmy’s having a general idea of what I was looking for. They were very helpful and let me ride the bike around the parking lot to make sure it was a good fit! Weren’t pushy but still attentive. Definitely know what they’re doing! Came with a free tune up after a few months of riding!
Stopped to BUY a bike. Sales guy didn't want to be bothered. Didn't offer to let me test one out. Just wanted to get back to chatting with his buddies. Glad I didn't get my bike there. I got a way better price and better customer service elsewhere. Ended up with what I wanted instead of settling because the selection wasn't great there.
I am using my wife’s account to post this ( I don’t have one ). I purchased an E bike from jimmy’s a week ago. I can’t say enough about how much I like the bike, as well the experience I had there with Jim and an other employee. If you’re considering purchasing a bike I don’t believe you need to go any further than fat Jimmy’s. Thanks Jim for all your time in helping me choose the right bike, Ron Hocker
