Stopped to BUY a bike. Sales guy didn't want to be bothered. Didn't offer to let me test one out. Just wanted to get back to chatting with his buddies. Glad I didn't get my bike there. I got a way better price and better customer service elsewhere. Ended up with what I wanted instead of settling because the selection wasn't great there.
I am using my wife’s account to post this ( I don’t have one ). I purchased an E bike from jimmy’s a week ago. I can’t say enough about how much I like the bike, as well the experience I had there with Jim and an other employee. If you’re considering purchasing a bike I don’t believe you need to go any further than fat Jimmy’s. Thanks Jim for all your time in helping me choose the right bike, Ron Hocker

I just bought a Cannondale bike at Fat Jimmy's this past week and had an outstanding experience. I originally went in for a bike fitting, and after talking with the staff, they determined a fitting wasn't necessary. However, they still spent about two hours helping me to figure out the best bike for me and my goals. They even brought the bike that I purchased in from their other store in Johnstown so I wouldn't have to travel farther to get it.
