UNDERRATED – I've been to all of the Pizza parlors in Louisville, and I think Fat Jimmy's is far above all the rest in quality and value. The signature Fat Jimmy pizza is fabulous! A 10", ten-topping pizza can be had for $10.00. The best thing about the Fat Jimmy's pizza is that you can taste each fresh ingredient. The taste is not muddied-up into an indistinguishable mess, like many chain stores.
