I was part of the "test" group years ago before Fat Floyd's became a restaurant. The food and the menu was absolutely PHENOMENAL at that time. I stopped in for a pound of brisket to-go the other day, a little pricey but the flavor was good. I was sad to learn their onion rings aren't made in-house so I didn't order any.
