I was very pleased with the service. Mike was on time, he was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, going in to detail explaining everything I wanted to know. My kids are sensitive to chemicals. He assured me the chemicals he used were all plant based and safe and even sent me a link to everything he uses so I could read about it for myself. You're right. That last one had too many tidy turns in it. Here it is looser. **Google** I want to be fair here, so I'm giving four stars and telling the whole thing. I booked Fat City Clean for carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning before moving into our new house. Thursday, September 3, between 10 and 11 AM. Confirmed appointment. Nobody showed up. We recently had our carpets cleaned and I am beyond impressed! With pets and kids our carpets had a lot of stains, but now they look almost brand new. He was professional and made sure to focus on the tough spots that I pointed out to him. Everything looks and smells so fresh. Highly recommend!
Michael was on time and prepared. He explained the process and did a great job! We had the carpets cleaned in 3 rooms and he was able to get out all of the high traffic area stains!
