Just stopped at the Cheyenne location. Had a flat tire on our truck that was pulling a 45-ft camper. The staff was very friendly and fast. Didn't even have to take our truck off the trailer. Took about 15 minutes to patch our tire. When we went to pay. We were informed that because my husband is a veteran they were doing it for free. Would definitely recommend fat boy tires.
Editing this review as there was a serious issue they were dealing with and after discussing circumstance I felt they did what they should for situation and they definitely took measures to fix my issue so changing my review as it was out of their hands for what had happened which was understandable. They were quick to resolve so changing my review.
It is places like this that make America great. Seriously. These guys are intelligent, super-competent, and as nice as can be. My son and I needed a tire repaired on a Monday afternoon while on a road trip. They answered on the first ring, welcomed us to the store, drove us to downtown so we could get a meal (at the place they recommended), then picked us up afterward, having fixed the tire, put the spare back where it belonged, etc. They didn't even charge us, though I wish they had.
