Our family loves Fat Boys BBQ! We’ve eaten their food from the fair and many many other events. It’s always consistently delicious, generous portions & so creative! It’s not just a BBQ sandwich!!! Just tried the brisket at the NC State Fair. Was worth the wait. Don't typically like brisket, but this was exceptional!
