Love burritos. Main ingredients good, but garnish and condiments lacking or missing all together. Friendly staff but over peppering the chips.
Two strikes for Smiths Falls location. Ordered online a few months ago and they took my money, sent a message that food was ready for pickup, go to store and it is closed. Phoned store, head office, got nothing but lip service and I gave up on trying to get my money back. Burritos are delicious but service seems to be declining. The last two times I ordered online this month I got there when the website said it would have been ready and they hadn't even noticed I put in an order. They where apologetic about it and it wasn't a big deal. But after my most recent visit last night around 8pm I was pretty upset. I walked in and saw the worker in the back eating and watching videos on his phone, no problem. We ordered our food online and instructed them that we will also pick it up once its ready. So we went to the store and the staff made it fresh for us. The staff was nice and accomodating. The store has nice interiors and it was clean.
