Worst customer service, rude staff charging 4 times the price of what a regular add on item would cost , scammed me out of my loaded nacho. FALSE ADVERTISING on the menus in store this place is a walking scam. Save your money and go to a different restaurant
It was weird walking from the door to counter smiling at the worker who was staring at me but no “hello”. But other than that our burritos were pretty good!
Employee acts very friendly but then pretends to exchange a dirty server that fell on the floor, and actually uses the dirty server to dig my burrito out of the warmer. I really have to agree with other reviewers who are calling out the hygiene practices here. I have not been back.
One of the only Kanata spots open late to feed your needs!
