Why are you guys are close all the time. 4 times that I came to this location and it's been closed
Came here twice both times they closed early. On a Friday night, the said they were open until midnight. Came at 9pm and they were closed, lights off and everything.
I went to get a burrito today, but the place was closed at 2:30 pm even though their hours say they're open. I saw an employee working inside, but the door was still locked, and he didn't open it.
Employee was texting while taking our order not paying attention and needing to confirm the same thing multiple times. He was talking on his cellphone while trying to get our toppings. Store was out of chicken, and the other meats were scrapping the bottom of the container. Brown lettuce, brown guacamole and brown cilantro.
Food is fresh. Ashish is so nice. Customer service is excellent. It's our first time to try and he is so kind and smile patiently.
