We had been buying lunch every Wednesday for some time, the employee already knew us, she was careful with the food and served us very well. I have been coming to this restaurant every week and majority of the staff know me. Today the rice / noodles were inedible and were raw. My daughter had it and complained Told the staff who prepared - Stavan and he says it is not his responsibility and I must let owner- Rakshit know about it. I was decent enough to wait for all customers to go and then raise this issue but this attitude coming from staff is not acceptable. He did not even remove that batch and no apology at all. Very poor.

Last night I ordered two burritos, they completely ignored what I ordered and put the toppings + protein options as they pleased. The complete opposite of what I requested on the Uber eats app. Also, the fries were over fried, tasted like oil, and cold (the cheese they added on top was not even melted at all). Lastly, the two orders of churros I ordered were both extremely overcooked as well on top of that, not enjoyable to eat just burnt dough with almost no sugar or cinnamon.
