Purchased 16” flat top apes for my 2016 Road Glide. From the purchase to the final step of the install, the Fat Bagger experience was tremendous. Maddie helped me with the sale, and had the oldest staff member pack the order. When I ran into some issues, (operator error), the expert techs gave phenomenal support. If you are on the fence about who to purchase from, I would highly suggest you make the decision to go with FBI. They are awesome.
I ordered the 12” flat top bars for my 2012 CVO street glide. Install was easy. I received the wrong clutch cable but customer service sent me another one asap! Really like the positioning of my hands and arms so much more comfortable.
Awesome place Madison was so good to deal with hope FBI gives her a raise and keep her she answered all my questions and then went above and beyond to make sure i got what i needed when i need it ,, i will shop again and recommend FBI to all my friends
