FASTSIGNS was very responsive in the beginning. I sent an email requesting a quote and received a response the same day. An appointment was quickly scheduled for someone to come out to our business, discuss options, and provide a quote. The gentleman who came out was friendly and explained that we would receive a mock-up within a few days. We did receive the mock-up by email, along with the option to make up to three changes.
