Horrible customer service. “Fastsigns”?? Takes 2-3 days to reply to email and then another 3 days to print a small decal.
Worked with us on getting our business sign up quickly so it was in place prior to our opening. Sign was exactly what we requested and looked exactly like the mockup they sent.
I needed 2 decals approximately 60 inches long 9 inches high at literally the last minute. couple hours before they closed. They were able to get the job completed and ready for pickup before they left for the day. Will definitely use them in the future.
