ordered a same-day real estate sign and was quoted $153. After multiple poor proofs, I found out the sign size was only 12x18—completely inappropriate for vacant land. When I requested a refund (since nothing had been produced), I was denied and offered only a credit. The manager was also extremely rude and dismissive. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
