Bordering on amateurish. Jagged cuts. Color on some borders where there should have been none. Creased overlay. Told contact when we first spoke, I had to have by Friday. Was told that was no problem. I called for status on Thursday and was told by the same contact they were ordering the materials and it might not be ready until Monday. When I said I either had to have it on Friday or needed a refund, I was told it would be done. I picked up the product Friday afternoon. The sign is exactly what we wanted and looks great. The communication process was difficult and lengthy. Discussing my frustration was met with a willingness to listen and, hopefully to clarify some of the issues going forward.

Stopped by over a week ago. Was given a business card to send an email to for print. Was told there would be a response within 24hr. Never heard a response. Double checked email, everything is correct.
