Stopped by over a week ago. Was given a business card to send an email to for print. Was told there would be a response within 24hr. Never heard a response. Double checked email, everything is correct.
Great experience. They made the process easy & educated me on my options such as sizing , file type, & color for my decal. Thank you for elevating my business. I love my sign.
Was told my signs would be ready by a Friday, stopped in on the following Monday & they said that they ran out of materials. Never called me to let me know the signs were ready! I had to call myself! Extremely poor service!

I’ve been working with FastSigns of Kennesaw for several months to have a sign made and installed on our building, and unfortunately this has been one of the most drawn-out and frustrating vendor experiences I’ve had. While there were some unavoidable delays on our end related to corporate approval of the proof, the process since then has been extremely difficult.
