I had a terrible experience with Justin, and I don't know how this company stays in business. I suggested they change their name to SLOW Signs, b/c they literally took a month to get me a full quote, even after I clearly explained the 2 versions I wanted quoted. To top it off, they still didn't provide me with any mock-up/proof of one of the versions I requested. Terrible service experience -- I decided to go with Sign-a-rama instead.
