Don’t recommend! Very rude!! Person on the phone acts like he doesn’t want business. Wasn’t very helpful and hung up on me.
I would not recommend FastSigns based on my experience. The representative I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping me with questions about getting a sign made, he talked down to me and even called me “stupid.” No customer should be treated that way. I was ready to spend money with this business, but after that conversation, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Customer service like this is unacceptable.
Fastag signs are very affordable: I went to order the banner with fear for the price tag Fastag proved economical.
