Awful,awful experience,what a unprofessional operation.Should of known it would be bad,as I went in to place a simple order the customer ahead of me was irritated,been there a while,wanted to make sure her order would be correct.Person taking the order can't make any decision with out calling her boss,and that takes a while.She needs trained badly, people don't want to hear the excuses and I'm sorry a hundred times .
