Awful,awful experience,what a unprofessional operation.Should of known it would be bad,as I went in to place a simple order the customer ahead of me was irritated,been there a while,wanted to make sure her order would be correct.Person taking the order can't make any decision with out calling her boss,and that takes a while.She needs trained badly, people don't want to hear the excuses and I'm sorry a hundred times . I had the BEST experience with Fast Signs! Love all of the signage we had done by them. Erin who worked with me day in and day out was fabulous, she made sure everything was as accurate and as perfect as possible. The Fast Signs team was very helpful and made sure the job was done right! Highly recommend!

I ordered a sign for our awning a year ago. I was very specific about what it was that I needed and they gave me the complete opposite of what I asked for and I’m just finding out a year later when I needed it to be taken down that it’s actually not the kind of sign that can be taken down and put back up so I paid hundreds of dollars for a sign that’s getting ready to be thrown in the trash. FASTSIGNS Beavercreek took nearly a month to complete a sign we paid over $600 for up front, and the communication was terrible the entire time. We heard nothing for three weeks, until we reached out. They gave us a pickup date in writing, then contradicted it when we called. We’re understanding and get things come up, but that was never communicated. If I hadn’t called on the date given before picking it up, I would never have known that it wasn’t ready. Zach and Erin at This Fastsigns location really came through for me. I showed up late to grab my order and realized the invoice still wasn’t paid, but they handled it like pros and were super understanding about the whole situation. They helped me get everything sorted out and had my order ready within like 10 minutes. Great customer service and just good people overall. Appreciate you both for helping me out big time.
