I needed an order that I was told would be processed in the time frame I needed it for. I sent over all the information required to create the prints promptly, but when I called to check the progress of my order, Nicole told me they hadn't even started proofing my graphics, and there was no possible way for it to be completed in time. They took my order for vehicle magnets and produced a very clean professional high quality product with a very short turn around time!
