The owner was super disrespectful and rude. I have spent thousand of dollars with this Compnay. I called to ask for pricing on a feather flag and her response was I should know pricing if I have already ordered from them. Super nasty and because she's the owner she made sure I knew who she was.. Professionalism is free, customer service is free, kindness is free. I will take my business elsewhere
