Absolutely the last time I will use Fastsigns of Richmond! Since 2001, I had used them for my business and personal projects, however, this time they could not follow written specifications. When I informed them of the error, they refused to make it write in spite of pointing out the written requirements and my decades of prior work. Their only solution was to not only charge me full price for a re-do, but to also charge me the additional set-up charges!
