After multiple conversations with James (the person who answers the phone and schedules jobs), we hired this company to remove signage at a location of ours that had violated the terms of our licensing agreement and was continuing to use our name without authorization. We made a special trip to FastSigns to deliver blanks to place on both sides of the monument sign to protect the sign itself when the panels were removed. The manager seemed new and uninformed at the time of purchase. However, I placed an order anyway. I was told that the color might be slightly different because of the medium used. I made sure they had the Pantone color so that it would match my labels, business cards, flyers, etc. When I picked it up the color looked nothing like my branding.
