I stopped in mid-April to pick up a custom sticker we ordered for our wedding. The product itself turned out great—it was exactly what we were hoping for, and it ended up being very easy to apply to the painted wood surface we had planned. Called to get a quote and the person who answered was super rude and short with me. Didn’t ask me any questions about what I needed or offer any other type of signs to help me. Just rudely said - we don’t make those here - Maybe you should take the time to get to know your customers needs before rudely ending a phone call. Im not in the sign business, definitely not familiar with what types of signs are out there and a little bit help with the type of signs you do make would have been really helpful.
