Fast Signs is where I will be getting my cards, sign, etc. They are very friendly and patient. I couldn’t be happier with my cards and signs. They are reasonably priced. Kim and Emily are awesome!
We have used FASTSIGNS a couple of times now for feather flags for our office and the service has been great both times! They are quick to respond, efficient, and the quality of the product is top notch.
Poor communication and my husband even got hung up on after offering to pickup the sign up from their warehouse. When you spend good money on a sign for your business you expect good communication and customer service. Failed miserably. They ended up delivering the sign. We can’t figure out why. We gladly would have picked it up. We learned they struggled making the sign. It’s unfortunate because we need more signs made. But refuse to spend money to get hung up on. Good customer service is a thing of the past.
Called them & told them what I was wanting for my business sign. She sent me first proof of the sign in email. I loved it! Approved it & paid for it through online digital technology. Following week I picked them up. I'm open for business. Yee-haw!
