The owner here is a crook!! She mispelled my daughter's name on a yard sign I'd prepaid for. I tried bringing it to her attention on multiple occasions. She and her staff became unresponsive via email/phone. Because it took a month to reach someone to request the sign be remade, I repurchased a replacement sign with another company. At that point she refused to refund the money. SHE LACKS MORAL AND INTEGRITY.
I think that communication is the backbone of any business, large or small. When you deal with one person, but you have several others involved, without good communication within your organization, you don't have good communication with your customer support and service and my order was wrong, not on time, and full of finger pointing. This place is not open "24hrs" it is by "appointment only". It says "Open 24 hours", but that's a lie and ther is a phone number on the door to call for "assistance". Don't waste your time driving here.
Had sign made 2 years ago and one side is peeling. We had several signs made over the years from different company some 10 years old and still look good till this day. I called and Text Jayden Cramer January 9th and not getting any response. I call Store on January 27th spoke with the owner and she said she call me back on this matter never heard back from her as of February 10th. Would not recommend this Fast Signs poor service and Quality. AFS Fence and Gates
This company is very inefficient, they do not make the complete orders, they charge them and then they do not deliver the products, then they do not want to return the money or they want to do the work as they want and not as the customer requires, they are disrespectful, they make people wait for the delivery of the work and then they do not deliver them completely
