Had sign made 2 years ago and one side is peeling. We had several signs made over the years from different company some 10 years old and still look good till this day. I called and Text Jayden Cramer January 9th and not getting any response. I call Store on January 27th spoke with the owner and she said she call me back on this matter never heard back from her as of February 10th. Would not recommend this Fast Signs poor service and Quality. AFS Fence and Gates
This company is very inefficient, they do not make the complete orders, they charge them and then they do not deliver the products, then they do not want to return the money or they want to do the work as they want and not as the customer requires, they are disrespectful, they make people wait for the delivery of the work and then they do not deliver them completely
this is one of the worst experiences getting 2 signs made correctly. The proofs were correct but when the cut them the signs don't line up to the face plates sample we provided . We even supplied a sign to make a exact copy of. we reported it immediately to them and I have been trying to get someone to call me back since August to correct the issue and the manager won't call back. don't waste your time or money here.
Mayerlin at Johns creek was extremely communicative with me. When there were a couple typos they fixed them no questions asked and right on time for the event! I highly recommend fastsigns and will use them again!
