I hired them to effect a simple install of acrylic letters at a local mall, my representive way Hayden, as part of the install a small, pea sized chip was requested to be touched up with paint that was supplied with signage. This was fully layed out in written instruction, including photos, with the signage provided a week before install. Not only was this not performed, but Hayden first replied that paint was not supplied, then accepted in was, and pivoted too " it was not specified as part of my request originally" . They charged me $50 for a sheet of corrugated plastic. when I buy them all day for $12.83 from every other dealer in town... If they can make money on $12.83. why you want to upcharge over 300% is beyond me. I call that greedy. I would definitely call this place only in an emergency scenario.
