We previously got our sign fixed last year and it was a very simple process. This year our sign was damaged again so we wanted to work with FASTSIGNS again. This time around, the experience has been terrible. We have called them multiple times and even visited the office to get an accurate quote and have been unable to reach the staff responsible for it. When we first reached out everything was going smoothly until May, ever since then we have not received a revised quote or even a call back to update us.
We love our new sign, we couldn't be happier!
