The owner of this company is leaving bad reviews for my business after replying in such a sweet civil robot response to my last review. If you do business with them know your perfect 5 star rating is at risk after they treat you horrible. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST
Threw away my signs i paid 500$ for because i they were taking up too much space. Even though i talked to someone last Friday and told them id be there to pick them up in next couple days. Edit i talked to the owner and she blamed me saying her employee verbally told me there was a deadline and had to hang up to put us all in a call together, just to call me back and say her employee actually did not relay the important message and she would remake the signs which i no longer want as id have to keep dealing with this place
Excellent customer service. Promptly got back to all emails. We received an estimate and proofs within one hour of our request and the proofs were perfect!! Highly recommend!
