I asked for a very tight deadline and they came through!
I needed a couple signs to accompany my small wooden boat at an upcoming wooden boat show. Fastsigns Issaquah did a good job. And as the name implies... they were fast..., well sort of. Their online e-processing and communications system delayed my approving a design-proof. Fastsigns said they would send a second design-proof which never arrived. That is, no email arrived. Exceptional Customer Service – Highly Recommend FASTSIGNS! We ordered a banner and post from the FASTSIGNS Bellevue location on 8/24 for an important event early in the morning on 8/31. Unfortunately, their notification email went to my junk folder, and I didn’t realize the order was ready until around 7:00 PM on Friday. By then, the store was already closed for the weekend and wouldn’t reopen until Monday at 9:00 AM—too late for our event.
