My project to print 10 signs took over two weeks to complete. I called three times to check on the status of my order and was told it would be done end of day on 8/22. They would not speed up the process without additional fees. I called to make sure it was ready and was told it wasn't going to be ready until the 25th. I told them that I was flying out on the 25th and that was unacceptable. I went down and waited in the parking lot until 5:00 pm on the 22nd. They got the project done but with a big hassle. Is zero stars an option? This place should not be in business their ethical practices are outrageous! They make mistakes on orders and blame the consumer for when they ruin it! My wife reached out to them to complete visual aspects for her store told them exactly her vision and they did everything but bring her dream to life!
