Very good service, genuine parts.
Polite service, dishonest work I gave Titan ladies' watch for repair. Instead of fixing the original, the shop replaced the entire dial and internal mechanism with an old one without my consent. The only original part I got back was the strap. I discovered this only after a couple of weeks, so I couldn't go back to complain. This was completely unprofessional and I feel cheated. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
