Update: they managed to slot me in ASAP to fix the problem. Very nice too. Had me sit in the car and straighten it myself so if it’s off I really have no one to blame but myself now XD. Paid over $500 and waited 3 hours for a full alignment and corner balancing and my steering wheel isn’t even close to straight. I’ve had good experience getting alignments from them in the past, but it seems like these guys are slipping. I’ve heard complaints from my friends due to sloppy alignments as well.
The staff could not be nicer. They are extremely knowledgeable and the prices seem very fair. The quality of work is also amazing I have had no issues. They also work very quickly
