Horrible service at the Watertown store
Awful customer service at rome north james st store. Let me give a little more details on my opinion. I went back into store to grab creams for a coffee i had my friend grab prior and was chased out of the store by a young male clerk accused of stealing i explained my friend didn't grab cream for my coffee . The clerk said you stole those you didn't buy coffee. OMG im in that store at LEAST 3x a day and spend money everyday. Ive NEVER stolen from there .
