I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received from FASTRAC. John's responsiveness and the speed of the service were exceptional. A minor incident occurred during my appointment when an employee inadvertently broke my air freshener holder. To my surprise, John promptly offered to reimburse me for the replacement. This level of attention to customer satisfaction is rare and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company for their efficient service and dedication to ensuring a positive customer experience.
Fair price , quick service.
We have several vehicles and based on our recent experiences at FASTRAC, I would not bring any of our other vehicles to this shop. Folks should read this. Our vehicle was presented back to us 3 times, not fully assembled. My wife went in to FASTRAC to get her windshield replaced because it failed. The windshield was replaced and she was sent on her way. I guess she never looked at the job upon pickup because about 2 months later, she asked me why the exterior trims on both sides of the windshield were lifting in the air, see... read more
